Our offer:
Investment process and construction law
We provide legal services for the investment process, developing the property audit, preparing the acquisition of the property, organising support for all administrative procedures and – ultimately – negotiating the terms of the acquisition or lease agreements for the final purchasers. We make the utmost effort to ensure that the investment process is carried out as safely and efficiently as possible for the investor, taking into account the legally protected interests of consumers.
The legal service of the investment process is a series of various, multithreaded and often complex activities, which have as their main objective the support of the investor implementing a specific project.
