Wojciech Bruzda,

Attorney, partner, and co-founder of the law firm Bruzda Konopka Adwokaci. He specializes in litigation and advising on commercial law, construction law, and historic preservation law.

He represents business owners in complex civil and commercial proceedings, including disputes arising from contracts, construction projects, and mutual settlements. He also provides ongoing legal services to commercial entities, advising on matters related to their operations, relations among partners, and the liability of members of corporate bodies.

He handles administrative and administrative court proceedings related to the investment process, construction law, and historic preservation. He represents property owners, among other matters, in cases concerning municipal historic preservation registries and restrictions arising from historic preservation regulations.

He has many years of litigation experience in cases involving real estate, ownership and co-ownership, real estate divisions, inheritances and estate partitions, as well as in compensation and banking disputes, including those involving foreign currency-denominated loans.
