A solicitor, partner and co-founder of the law firm Bruzda Konopka Adwokaci. He specialises in criminal law, with a particular focus on commercial and fiscal criminal proceedings, as well as providing legal support for the investment process.
He acts as a defence counsel in complex and multi-faceted criminal proceedings. He represents business owners, board members and other senior executives in cases involving economic, tax and fiscal offences. He has handled complex cases involving allegations of participation in so-called VAT carousels and other schemes relating to tax settlements and commercial transactions.
It also advises investors, contractors and architects at all stages of the investment process. It assists clients with the acquisition of property, the preparation and implementation of investment projects, and the obtaining of the necessary administrative decisions. For many years, it has provided ongoing legal services to the professional association of architects in Kraków.
He has extensive experience in handling civil and commercial disputes. He has also successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings, including an international arbitration conducted in accordance with the ICC Rules of Arbitration, with the seat of arbitration in Vienna.
