Marcin Gryc,

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. Throughout his studies, he received the Jagiellonian University Rector’s Scholarship for top students. He is currently completing his legal clerkship and pursuing academic interests in civil law. In his professional practice, he focuses on contract law, real estate law, and commercial company law. He also participates in the handling of civil disputes

He is the author of publications in the field of civil law, particularly the law of contractual obligations and torts. His work has appeared, among others, in *Kwartalnik Prawa Prywatnego* and *Osteuropa-Recht*. He has also participated in national and international academic conferences. He is also a co-author of the publication “Civil Law: Case Studies with Solutions,” published by Wolters Kluwer Polska.
