Filip Jakimszyn,
Legal Trainee
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole, where he defended his master’s thesis on tax optimization in real estate transactions in 2015. During his studies, he was actively involved in student organizations.
He is currently completing his legal clerkship with the Regional Bar Association
in Katowice, which he began in 2024. Prior to starting his clerkship, he gained experience as an in-house counsel, primarily at real estate development companies, which has shaped his practical, business-oriented approach to the projects he handles.
In 2026, he completed a postgraduate program in real estate law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
His professional interests focus primarily on real estate law, construction law, and civil law in the broadest sense—in particular, issues related to real estate due diligence, leasing, and the use of a Simple Joint-Stock Company to safeguard the interests of parties involved in the investment process. In his professional practice, he also deals with criminal law.
