My name is Piotr Konopka and I am an attorney specialising in intellectual property law. I have gained experience in this field by, among other things, representing clients in court and arbitration disputes concerning infringements of intellectual property rights in architectural designs, computer programs or Internet domain rights. I have participated in the negotiation and review of contracts for the transfer of copyright, the granting and transfer of rights under licences, but also settlements aimed at the amicable resolution of disputes arising from the infringement of creators’ rights.
